The Osbourne family has been a fixture in the public eye for decades. Heavy metal legend Ozzy Osbourne and TV personality Sharon Osbourne tied the knot in 1982 and have since raised three children: Aimee, 41, Kelly, 39, and Jack, 38. Ozzy also has two children from his first marriage. From 2002 to 2005, Ozzy, Sharon, Kelly, and Jack starred in MTV’s hit reality show The Osbournes, which gave fans an inside look at their chaotic yet loving family dynamic. Aimee, the eldest, chose not to participate in the show.

The family celebrated the 20th anniversary of the series in 2022, with Sharon marking the occasion in true Osbourne fashion, writing on Instagram, “20 years ago today… we welcomed your family into our home, thank you all for being the perfect house guests.” Since the show’s end, Kelly and Jack have each built successful media careers and started families, while Aimee pursued her passion for music as the lead singer of the band ARO. Despite their unconventional nature, the Osbourne family’s bond remains strong. “I’ve never said anything I’ve done is right. Like every family, we’ve had problems. But I’m so proud of all my kids,” Sharon shared in a 2007 interview.

Aimee Osbourne, 41

Aimee Osbourne was born on September 2, 1983, in London. She spent her early years living with the family in California but decided to move out at 16 when her parents and siblings began filming The Osbournes. Aimee valued her privacy and didn’t want her life to play out on camera. “She hated the idea—it was appalling to her,” Sharon recalled during a 2018 episode of The Talk. “It broke my heart when she moved out,” Sharon admitted. Aimee later explained that she didn’t want to sacrifice her privacy or be forever remembered as a teenager on a reality show. Following in her father’s musical footsteps, Aimee became the lead singer of the synth-pop band ARO. The band’s debut single, “Raining Gold,” was released in 2015, drawing inspiration from her life as the daughter of a rock icon.

Kelly Osbourne, 39

Kelly Osbourne was born on October 24, 1984, in London. At just 17, she became a household name when The Osbournes aired. Kelly, like her dad and sister, explored a career in music, releasing her debut album Shut Up! in 2002, followed by Sleeping in Nothing in 2005. However, she eventually shifted to television, becoming a host and judge on shows such as Fashion Police and Project Runway. Kelly also competed on Dancing with the Stars in 2009, finishing in third place. Over the years, she’s been open about her struggles with addiction, which began in her early teens. She revealed that she started abusing painkillers at 13 after being prescribed Vicodin. “I found, when I take [Vicodin] like me. It became a confidence thing,” she admitted in a 2009 interview. By the time The Osbournes aired, Kelly was self-medicating daily. Reflecting on her music career, she acknowledged, “I did what I could to destroy it” as a result of her addiction.

Jack Osbourne, 38

Jack Osbourne was born on November 8, 1985, in London. After living in England for much of his early childhood, the family moved to Beverly Hills when Jack was 11. At 16, Jack found himself thrust into the spotlight with The Osbournes, and like Kelly, he struggled with substance abuse. In 2003, while the show was still on air, Jack entered rehab and has been sober ever since. “I don’t want my life to be controlled by a drug,” he said during an MTV interview after his treatment. Jack later married actress Lisa Stelly in 2012, and the couple welcomed three daughters: Pearl Clementine, Andy Rose, and Minnie Theodora. Though the couple eventually separated, Jack remains a dedicated father.

Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne’s Relationship Timeline

Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne celebrated their 41st wedding anniversary in July 2023, though their story began long before that. They first met in 1970 when Sharon’s father, Don Arden, managed Ozzy’s band, Black Sabbath. Their relationship deepened when Sharon took over managing Ozzy’s career after he left Black Sabbath, and the pair married in 1982. They went on to have three children: Aimee, Kelly, and Jack. In 2002, Kelly and Jack joined their parents for four seasons of The Osbournes, catapulting the family to international fame. Despite facing many challenges, Ozzy and Sharon have always been candid about their relationship’s ups and downs, proving their bond is as enduring as ever.
