Angie Harmon's 3 Daughters: Meet Finley, Avery, and Emery

Angie Harmon, known for her role in Rizzoli & Isles, is the proud mother of three beautiful daughters—Finley, Avery, and Emery—who are growing up to be strikingly similar to their famous mom. Angie welcomed her girls with ex-husband Jason Sehorn before their split in 2014. Finley, the eldest, was born in October 2003, followed by Avery in June 2005, and finally Emery in December 2008. Since the divorce, Angie has embraced life as a single mom. While she maintains an amicable relationship with her ex, she opened up in December 2023 about the challenges of solo parenting. “When it’s just you, there’s a different sort of survival instinct that kicks in. You start paying attention to things you wouldn’t normally notice,” she shared. “You become more aware and learn a new kind of independence.” Angie went on to say, “There’s a toughness that comes from having to travel alone and protect three girls.” From adopting a pet squirrel to making appearances in her mom’s projects, here’s everything you need to know about Angie Harmon’s daughters.

Finley Faith Sehorn, 21

Born on October 14, 2003, in Dallas, Finley is Angie and Jason’s eldest daughter. The family later settled just outside Charlotte, North Carolina, though that didn’t stop Finley from joining her mom at high-profile industry events. In May 2022, Finley and Angie attended Variety’s Power of Women event in New York City, where they walked the red carpet together. Just a month later, Finley graduated from Charlotte Christian School. Celebrating the milestone, Angie posted on Instagram: “HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to this bright star… YOU DID IT FINLEY!! We are all so immensely proud of you!” Finley began college in August 2022 and a year later, she moved into her first apartment in Dallas, leaving Angie in awe of how quickly time had passed.

Avery Grace Sehorn, 19

Avery, born on June 22, 2005, is Angie and Jason’s second daughter. At just 10 years old, Avery made a special guest appearance on Rizzoli & Isles, marking a proud moment for Angie. “Studying lines with Avery, rehearsing with her, and then finally shooting the episode made me blissfully happy,” Angie recalled in 2015. She shared how balancing her role as a co-star and proud mom on set was a unique challenge. “It was hard to stay in character because I just wanted to watch her shine,” she said. Much like her dad, who was an NFL player, Avery has a passion for sports and played lacrosse and volleyball throughout high school.

Emery Hope Sehorn, 15

Born on December 18, 2008, Emery is the youngest of the Sehorn sisters. Ahead of her second birthday, Angie shared how much her older sisters doted on Emery. “Finley has been a big sister for almost six years now, and Avery is a great big sister too,” she said. Thirteen years later, Emery started high school, leaving Angie nostalgic about how fast her girls were growing up. “How? HOW is my baby girl a FRESHMAN??” she exclaimed on Instagram in August 2023. “What kind of time-travel shenanigans is this?” In November 2023, Emery made headlines when she discovered a baby squirrel they later named Thomas, which Angie then adopted as a family pet.
