Jodie Sweetin has plenty of experience playing a daughter on TV as Stephanie in Full House and Fuller House, but now she’s a mom to two daughters of her own: Zoie and Beatrix. Sweetin married Cody Herpin in 2007, and they welcomed their daughter Zoie the following year before eventually parting ways. In 2010, Sweetin gave birth to her second daughter, Beatrix, with Morty Coyle. The couple married in 2012 but separated the following year. Fast forward to today, and Zoie and Beatrix were by their mom’s side at her wedding to Mescal Wasilewski. Sweetin’s daughters played a big role in the wedding planning, with Zoie even picking out her mom’s dress. “Zoie was the one who picked it off the rack—it was the first one I tried on, and it was stunning and gorgeous,” Sweetin shared with. “They are just so happy to see me happy, and they love this little unit that we have.
Zoie Herpin, 16
Sweetin and Herpin welcomed Zoie Laurelmae Herpin on April 12, 2008. Over the years, Zoie has accompanied her mom to several industry events, including the Hotel Transylvania 3 premiere in 2018 and the Kid’s Choice Awards in 2019. Although she makes rare public appearances, Sweetin has shared insights into Zoie’s personality when the occasion arises. “My girls have good boundaries; they stand up for themselves and speak their minds,” she said on the Allison Interviews podcast in 2021. “Particularly my older one, she has always been that kid who would say, ‘I don’t like that.’ Not in a bratty way, but like, ‘Nope, I’m not doing this.'” The proud mom also told Today how impressed she is with Zoie’s positive presence on social media.
Beatrix Sweetin Coyle, 13
Sweetin and Coyle welcomed their daughter Beatrix Carlin Sweetin Coyle on August 31, 2010. In a 2011 interview with, Sweetin shared how well Zoie adapted to being a big sister. “She’s the sweetest,” Sweetin said. “She just loves helping and wants to change diapers, play with [Beatrix], and give her kisses.” She added, “When she wakes up in the morning, she’s like, ‘Oh, I want to wake up Beatwix too, Mommy,’ and she gets her little step stool to peek over the crib. It’s adorable.” Like her sister, Beatrix has joined her mom at fun events, including a special evening raising money for rescue dogs in 2022, which Sweetin shared on Instagram.
