Tom Brady may be the most accomplished player in NFL history, but his favorite role is being “Dad” to his three kids. The legendary quarterback, who retired for good in February 2023 after briefly unretiring in March 2022, shares son John “Jack” Edward Thomas with ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan and two children, Benjamin Rein and Vivian Lake, with ex-wife Gisele Bündchen. Brady and Bündchen ended their 13-year marriage on October 28, 2022, with the former couple agreeing to share joint custody of Benjamin and Vivian.

Jack, 17 years old
From 2004 to 2006, Brady was in a relationship with actress Bridget Moynahan. Shortly after their breakup in 2006, Moynahan announced she was pregnant. The former couple welcomed their son, John “Jack” Edward Thomas Moynahan, on August 22, 2007, in Santa Monica, California.Though initially nervous about the challenges of fatherhood, Brady has fully embraced the role. During his time with the New England Patriots, he lived in Massachusetts but later relocated to Florida after joining the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Brady also spends time in New York City to stay connected with Jack, who primarily resides there with Moynahan and her husband, Andrew Frankel.
Benjamin Rein, 15 years old
Brady and Bündchen married in February 2009 and welcomed their first child together, Benjamin Rein, on December 8, 2009, in Boston. In the ESPN+ series Man in the Arena: Tom Brady, the couple opened up about Benjamin’s home birth. Although Brady was initially hesitant about the idea, he ultimately embraced it and now cherishes the memory. “Me being there with G at his birth in our home, it lives in my mind,” he shared. “I think we brought this boy into the world in the most precious way.” While Brady initially thought his two sons would share similar passions, he later realized Benjamin isn’t particularly interested in sports—a difference that took some adjustment for the football icon.
Vivian Lake, 12 years old
The couple welcomed their daughter, Vivian Lake, on December 5, 2012, in Boston. Shortly after her arrival, Brady shared with ESPN, “I grew up in a house with three sisters. I think it’s great for my boys to have a girl in the house, just to understand at least a little bit about what makes a woman tick — not that I can certainly figure that out, because I can’t. She’s a beautiful little girl.” As Vivian grew, Brady admitted she had him wrapped around her finger. Speaking to Entertainment Tonight in 2016, he confessed, “That little girl owns my day — owns my life. I cannot say no to anything. Whatever she tells her dad to do, that’s what I do. That’s just the way it goes.
