The Kansas City Chiefs triumphed over the Pittsburgh Steelers 29-10, clinching home-field advantage for the playoffs.

Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes were fully decked out to celebrate the Chiefs’ victory!

After helping the Kansas City Chiefs secure the No. 1 seed in the AFC on December 25 with a 29-10 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers, the 35-year-old tight end and 29-year-old quarterback stormed into the locker room wearing sleek, shiny red jackets with white fur trim.

Kelce couldn’t contain his excitement as he bounced around, pumping his fist in the air and swinging his jacket back and forth. The fun moment was caught on video and shared across the team’s social media channels.

“Boy, you look good!” someone shouts at Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes as they pose for the camera. Just as they’re striking their poses, the two are caught off guard by their head coach, Andy Reid, who walks in dressed as Santa Claus—full outfit and beard included.

“Hey, Merry Christmas,” Reid says with a smile as the team gathers around him. “Proud of you. For the present, you get home-field advantage.”

“Santa Reid giving the best gift of all,” the NFL captioned a video of the moment on X.

Before heading into the locker room to celebrate, Kelce and Mahomes returned to the field to join senior NFL reporter Stacey Dales, who presented them with footballs made of cake on behalf of Netflix.

After a bit of trouble opening his football, Kelce finally cracked it open.

“Oh yeah, look at that,” the tight end says, holding up the cake, which was captured in a video and shared on X by the team. “A little red velvet.”

As Kelce took a bite of the cake, Mahomes decided to skip the treat.

“I’m watching my weight until playoffs, you know?” the quarterback says with a laugh.

“More push-aways than pull-ins, that’s what Coach [Andy] Reid would say,” Kelce adds, continuing to enjoy the cake.

The game also helped Kelce make history, as he caught his 90th touchdown pass of the season. This marks his seventh season with at least 90 TD receptions, according to the Chiefs. Only wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald has more, with eight seasons featuring 90 or more TD receptions.

Next week, the Chiefs will face the Broncos in Denver to wrap up the regular season before heading into the playoffs.
